Tournament Wait Lists

At times throughout the season, the FCWT will have more applicants for a certain division of an event than can be accommodated. For this reason, we do allow players to wait list for an event. We recommend that you wait list only if:

a.) you live nearby or

b.) you are already planning to be in the area for another reason.

The reason for this recommendation is that most cancellations occur within 7 days of the practice round due to illness, injury or family emergency, and thus do not allow for adequate time for most people to make travel and lodging arrangements.

All wait list decisions are at the discretion of the Tournament Committee.

If you are on a Waitlist, please adhere to the following procedures:

if you want to check the availability of an event more than 3 days prior to the event, you may send an email to our info address
if you want to remove your name from the Waitlist, please log in to the player's club and CANCEL your registration.
if you want to call about the availability of an event, that information will be available on the TUESDAY of the event week.
